Premier arrives in Madina

MADINA, Jan 2: Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali arrived here Thursday afternoon from Jeddah.

He will offer ‘Nawafil’ in the Masjid-i-Nabavi, and perform ‘Ziarat’ of the ‘Roza-i-Rasool (S.A.W.).’

The prime minister will offer special prayers for the unity of Ummah, solidarity and progress of Pakistan and welfare of the Pakistani nation.

Mir Zafarullah Jamali is accompanied by a small entourage.

He will offer ‘Juma’ prayers at the Masjid-i-Nabavi, before returning to Pakistan later in the day.

On arrival, the prime minister was received by the Governor of Madina, besides officials of the Pakistan embassy and elite of the city. —APP
