Special persons

Published October 15, 2012

THIS is apropos of my letter (June 14 June). No one from the State Bank or the authorities who drafted the Disabled Persons (Employment and Rehabilitation) Ordinance has come up with clarification of the matter as another public sector organisation, the Karachi Port Trust, sent a letter to me for appearing in the test for the same post.

The question is: how is the same ordinance interpreted differently by other public sector organisations?
