GUJAR KHAN, Oct 14: Robbers and car thieves struck at three places in different areas during the last 24 hours.

Armed men looted gold ornaments worth Rs750, and Rs36000 cash from the house of Tariq Mahmood in Mohra Burj on Saturday night.

The car (HA-652) of Raja Mohsin Saghir Bhatti, a PPP leader in the city, was stolen from the garage of his house. Bandits also took away a car from the house of Mirza Arshad, the chairman of the market committee in the Cheechian Bokrey village in the jurisdiction of Jatli police. — Correspondent
