The parliamentary party meeting, held here at a committee room of the Parliament House, was attended by 56 members and lasted for four hours.

The members criticised those who had left the party “at a crucial juncture.”

The party nominated Khurshid Shah as the chief whip of the parliamentary party who would be deputized by Nayyar Hussain Bukhari, Anwer Bhutto and Shugufta Jummani. The party formed a committee to coordinate with other opposition parties.
