ISLAMABAD: After approval of the petroleum ministry, the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has increased the price of petrol by Rs1.73, while the price of CNG has been increased by Rs1.59, DawnNews reported.

As per the notification, the new price of petrol is Rs108.45 per litre. The price of CNG in region I is Rs99.28 per kilogram. In region II the price is Rs99.70 per kilogram.

The price of Kerosene has been reduced by Rs3.05 per litre, leaving the price at Rs101.63 per litre. The price of High Octane has been reduced by Rs6.06, taking it to the new price of Rs131.90 per litre.

The price of light diesel is now Rs97.17 per litre, after being reduced by Rs2.10 per litre.
