LAHORE, Sept 22: A good number matches were decided on the opening day of the Chroma Open table tennis tournament at the Chroma Tennis Hall here on Saturday.

The matches were held in Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ separately. Some international players like Asim Qureshi, Bilal Yasin and Shabnam Bilal also participated in the event.

Each group comprises nine players while every player has played four matches and rest of the four matches will be played late on Saturday. Four players from each group will qualify for the final league of eight, which will be played on Sunday.
