HYDERABAD, Dec 28: The first and second semester examinations of bachelor’s and master’s degree courses commenced at the University of Sindh, Jamshoro, on Saturday.

The examinations are being conducted in two shifts — morning shift, 9:30am to 12:30pm, and second shift, 1:30pm to 4:30pm — at 39 centres.

The university has adopted strict security measures at the examination centres and also provided security cover to students point busses and staff busses.

The members of the vigilance committee and Vice-Chancellor Mazharul Haq Siddiqui visited various examination centres.

ENTRY TEST: The Institute of Business Administration, University of Sindh, on Saturday conducted test for admission to MBA, evening programme.

Eleven girls and 111 boys appeared in the test.

ADMISSION LIST: The University of Sindh on Friday announced the third list of candidates provisionally selected for admission to various master’s degree courses.

The final list of selected candidates will be displayed on Dec 29.

POSTS: The result of test, conducted for six lecturers posts in the Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science (IMCS) on Friday, has been displayed on the Sindh University website.

This was announced by the director, IMCS, Prof Asif Ali Kazi, on Saturday.
