KHAIRPUR, Dec 24: The Khairpur police claimed to have arrested two accomplices of bandit Nazroo Narejo in Sanhra village on Tuesday.

On receiving information that some bandits had barged into a house in the village, a police party raided the village and, after an exchange of fire with the outlaws, arrested Qasim alias Qasoo, resident of Pir Chattal, Jacobabad district, and Latif, resident of Zafarabad, Thari Mirwah taluka.

The police also recovered a SMG, four magazines and fifty rounds of ammunition from their possession. The police said Narejo escaped.—Correspondent
