cheap fuel means compromise on many things, safety to start with, it will be worth to mention the blast in the largest refinery in venezuela yesterday which killed 29, ppl living in Al Ain, UAE are also well aware of cheap fuel trade between the border of Al Ain and Buraimi, but it's not done openly cause it's not legal.
