KARACHI, Aug 7: Omar Associates advanced to the semi-finals of the 2nd Advance Telecom Corporate T20 Cup after securing a 30-run success against Candyland at the DHA Sports Club-Moin Khan Academy here on Monday night.

Slow left-armer Sultan Ahmed grabbed four wickets for 24 runs to send Candyland hurtling to 97 all out after Omar Associates had mustered a modest 127-6.

Omar Associates, who beat State Bank in their opening Group ‘B’ match, will take on outgoing champions National Bank in the last league fixture on Wednesday.
