KARACHI, Aug 2: Three ships carrying containers, diesel oil and palm oil berthed during the last 24 hours, said a PQA press release on Thursday.

Meanwhile, three more vessels to load cement and unload palm oil also arrived at the outer anchorage.

Seven ships, Jade, CMA CGM Wagner, Fisher-D, BBC Arizona, Conti Saphir, Sunrise Wisteria and Al-Salam-II, were busy in loading/offloading containers, cement project cargo, canola seeds, palm oil and diesel oil.

A cargo volume of 134,670 tons comprising 94,473 tons of import and 40,197 tons of export was handled.

CMA CGM Wagner, Sunrise Wisteria and Al-Salam-II were due to sail out.
