ISLAMABAD: The federal government has announced an increase in the price of petroleum and CNG prices, DawnNews reported.

According to the notification sent to Ogra, the price of petroleum has been increased by Rs7.67 per litre.  The price of CNG on the other hand has been increased by Rs7.02.

High octane has been increased by Rs7.64 and high speed diesel by Rs4.58.

Light diesel is increased by Rs4.78 and kerosene by Rs4.64 per litre.

In Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan and Potohar CNG is now Rs85.67. The price of CNG in Sindh and Punjab is now at Rs78.26.
