THIS is apropos of A.G. Noorani’s article ‘The Quaid’s court (July 7).
It was a remarkable attempt to dismiss the negative approach towards setting up a federal constitutional court which had been proposed by the Punjab governor who had based his proposal in the light of the Charter
of Democracy signed in London in 2006 by Benazir Bhutto and Nawaz Sharif.
Mr Noorani had based his arguments on the proposal of the founder of Pakistan, Quaid-i-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah.
The vision of the Quaid could not be overlapped and must come up for implementation boldly and bravely.
