KARACHI, July 20: Millat-i-Jafria has demanded the elimination of the increasing network of banned organisations in the country and said that attempts are being made to push the Millat to the wall.

Addressing a press conference at Imam Bargah Khurasan, spokesmen of the MJ — Allama Hasan Zafar Naqvi, Maulana Mirza Yusuf Hussain, Ali Osat and Asghar Abbas Zaidi — said that on one side, genocide of Ahle Tashi was being carried out under a foreign agenda while the generation of the founder of Pakistan was being cornered.

They said that the unabated target killing of people belonging to the MJ was on and during the last two months, 27 MJ men had been killed in Karachi. They accused the government agencies and political parties of patronising terrorists and appealed to President Asif Zardari, the chief justice and the army chief to take notice of the situation.
