LAHORE, June 28: Robbers plundered cash and valuables worth Rs4.8 million in six hits in city on Thursday.

Four robbers barged in the house of Zubair in Madina Colony in Factory Area police limits, looted cash and valuables worth Rs1.2million and escaped.

Some robbers stormed the house of Ibrar in Johar Town police limits and took away cash and valuables worth Rs1m.

Some robbers burst into the house of Nasir in Mughalpura police limits and looted cash and valuables worth Rs800,000.

In Johar town police limits, robbers entered a cell phone tower, held the watchman, Malik Asif, at gunpoint and looted batteries valuing Rs600,000, cash and a cell phone.

Two robbers waylaid the family members of Shahzad in Old Anarkali police limits and deprived them of cash and valuables worth Rs700,000. As many robbers stopped the family of Habib in Islampura police limits and snatched cash and valuables worth Rs500,000.
