RIYADH, June 24: The newly-appointed crown prince of Saudi Arabia, Prince Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al-Saud, has said that Saudis consider Pakistanis to be their brothers and value the Pakistani community’s contribution towards the development and progress of the kingdom.

He was talking to the Pakistani Ambassador to the kingdom, M. Naeem Khan, during a ceremony at the Governor House that marked Prince Salman’s elevation as the crown prince.

The ambassador thanked Crown Prince Salman and congratulated him on assuming additional responsibilities.

He also conveyed to him the best wishes of the president, prime minister, defence minister, army chief and the people of Pakistan.—APP
