LAHORE, June 20: The Lahore High Court on Wednesday restrained the Pakistan Cricket Board from reconstructing its wall demolished by the Gulberg Town administration.

Earlier the Gulberg TMO told the court the PCB had built the wall without getting a map and NOC. He said the PCB had built the wall on a greenbelt in violation of law.

The TMO stated when the town administration reached the site to demolish the wall, the PCB authorities had not showed them stay order issued by the high court.

Justice Abadur Rehman adjourned hearing of PCB petition till June 25.

The cricket board had pleaded that police and Gulberg TMO had demolished the wall in violation of stay order and illegally detained its three security guards. — Staff Reporter
