HYDERABAD, Nov 20: Sindh Peoples Students Federation (SB), university zone, at a meeting held at Sindh Agriculture University Tando Jam campus on Tuesday, condemned the alleged PPP-government deal for the release of Asif Ali Zardari, inordinate delay in the proceeding of Mir Murtaza Bhutto case and the alleged torture of prisoners in Central Prison Hyderabad.

The president of the federation, Ali Gohar Chandio presided over the meeting which severely criticized the jail superintendent and his deputy for not providing medical facilities to the imprisoned PPP-SB leader Ameer Bux Umrani.

The meeting condemned the proposed transfer of 17 Dehs of Ghotki to Punjab.—Bureau
