KARACHI: Japanese film festival

KARACHI, Dec 11: The Japanese cultural centre and the Department of Visual Studies, University of Karachi, are holding a Japanese feature film festival from Dec 12 to 14 at 4pm.

A communication of the Japanese consulate general in Karachi said the festival was aimed to mark the golden jubilee anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

The festival, comprising six feature films having English subtitled versions, would also help enrich the knowledge of viewers about techniques, subject and art of direction in Japanese film industry.
