RAWALPINDI, Oct 9: District Nazim Raja Tariq Kiani has said that steps are being taken for the welfare of women and they will be provided opportunities to play a role in the development of the country.

Talking to a women delegation on Tuesdat the Nazim urged them to work for the betterment of the people.

The meeting was attended by women representatives, including Riffat Sarwar, Bushra Ansar, Nusrat Siraj, Humaira Khan, Tahira Saeed, Sarkar Abbas, Raila Saleem, Naveda Yasmin, Iffat Shamim and Fehmidaul Nisa.
