No, she is not quite following in Priyanka Chopra’s footsteps. Yet, in a manner of speaking, she is trying to be in the same league. Miss no-holds-barred Mallika Sherawat is going to not just act but also sing in one of her forthcoming films titled Lucky Unlucky directed by S. Singh Dhaliwal.

The thing is that the film has a Haryanvi touch to it and since Mallika S is from Haryana (and believes she can sing), she has agreed to give it a shot. Talking recently to a journalist friend about her new showbiz facet, Mallika said, “I’m not the singing type. I don’t even sing in the shower. But I love music so I’m doing this. I will only sing for my own films and look forward to recording the song in the studio.”

Well, Mallika, you may not be the singing type. Does that mean you are the acting type? We doubt that, too.
