HUNDREDS or maybe thousands of laptops are being distributed among students of various colleges for doing well in their studies.
I am not sure about the criteria. Why is the laptop distribution restricted to only some students? Why not plan and build libraries equipped with books as well as computers with Internet facilities?
These will benefit a much larger number of students and will help create an environment conducive to learning.
