KARACHI, March 26: Three ships carrying containers and to load ethanol are due to arrive at the outer anchorage on Tuesday, according to KPT sources.

Seven ships, including Christiana to unload vehicles, Abtain-1, Hyundai Freedom, Lindavia, UASC Ajman with containers, Lahore and Ocean Pegasus, oil tankers and Diana Island with coal were berthed during the last two days after the departure of 15.

The departing ships were led by APL Brisbane, APL Guaangzhou, Kota Anggerik, Uzava, Lodestar Genesis, Samania, Taichung, Oel Trust, Isra Bhum, Oriental Kerria, Universal Anwerp, Taberancle Prince, Sea Coral, Colchester Castle and Ocean Rover.

Christiana, Lindavia, Hyundai Freedom and Ocean Pegasus are due to sail out on Tuesday.

A total tonnage of 236,000 tons comprising 63,691 tons of export cargo and 173,000 tons of import tonnage was handled.

The following ships are due on Tuesday: Daewoo Monaco, Cyprus Galaxy to load 2,500 and 4,000 tons of ethanol and R. Sea with containers.
