LAHORE: Faisal Saleh Hayat, president of the Pakistan Football Federation, has been appointed member of the FIFA Strategic Committee in addition to his continuation as member of Players’ Status Committee.

FIFA Strategic Committee deals with global strategies for football and its political, economic and social status and out of 26 FIFA committees, FIFA Strategic Committee in the only committee which is headed by FIFA president Joseph S. Blatter.—Agencies
