ISLAMABAD:Preparations are underway to install video conferencing equipment so that Mansoor Ijaz could record his testimony before a judicial commission investigating the memo affair.
The commission had decided to record his testimony via video link on February 22, 2012 at 2 pm from London after he refused to appear before it in Pakistan citing security concerns.
Services of the US based firm PolyCom have been acquired to make arrangements for the video link in Islamabad High Court and High Commission in London.
Chairman Nepra Wasi Ahmed Khan reviewed the arrangements.
