Bounce Club in semifinal

KARACHI, Nov 25: Bounce Club emerged as group ‘B’ champions to advance into the semifinal of Ramzan-ul-Mubarak Floodlight Basketball Tournament with 78-65 win over Karachi Basketball Club (KBBC) at Arambagh Court Sunday night.

Muhammad Ali was the architect of his team triumph with 23 points. Demonstrating accuracy, swiftness and fine dribbling, he scored as many as seven three pointers.

Muhammad Ovais garnered 20 points with the aid of four three pointers. Hasan Shafiq and Meraj scored 14 and 10 points to provide good support to the leading scorers.

Ashraf Yahya and Sultan Habib played superbly having scored 18 and 17 points for KBBC, which also make the way in last four stage after finishing runners-up in the group.

KBBC will face winner of group “A” Karachi Youth Club in the semifinal.
