Rangers official killed in Karachi

KARACHI: A soldier of Pakistan Rangers Sindh was killed and a Sub-Inspector injured in a firing incident in Karachi's Arambagh area on Thursday.

A spokesman of the Rangers identified the dead soldier as Madad Ali.

He said that the injured Sub-Inspector Siddique was taken to Civil Hospital.

The spokesman further pointed out that the Rangers personnel were in civilian dress.
