HYDERABAD, Nov 17: The members of the Taluka City Council (TCC) have alleged the union council Nazims of ignoring their deputies while taking decisions on important matters.

Speaking at a meeting of the TCC on Saturday, its members accused the union council Nazims of a dictatorial attitude.

Abdul Qadeer Nagar presided over the meeting.

Anwar Chundrigar tabled a resolution, calling for allowing the Naib Nazims to play their due role in the affairs of the union councils, and works or schemes executed in them.

Through another resolution, the TCC has urged the authorities concerned for making arrangements to preserve ancient buildings of the city.

The session was adjourned for Monday.
