QUETTA, Oct 29: District General Secretary of JUI-F Hafiz Ehtisham was gunned down in Panjgur on Saturday.

According to sources, Mr Ehtisham was going home when armed men riding a motorcycle opened fire on him and fled. He died on the spot.

Levies Force personnel rushed to the crime scene and shifted the body to a hospital. The body was later handed over to the heirs.

Levies Force registered a case and started investigation. The cause behind the killing was not known.

Hafiz Hamdullah, a central leader of JUI-F in Balochistan, condemned the incident and demanded immediate arrest of the killers.
