KARACHI, Nov 14: Tapal CC survived some anxious moments to score a thrilling two-run victory over Pakistan CC in the Aga Khan Gymkhana Ramazan Tournament Thursday.

Pakistan CC, chasing 170 for victory, were limited to 167 for eight in their 25 overs.

Opener Zahid Ghauri top-scored with 43 off 41 balls with three fours and one six.

TAPAL CC 169-6 in 25 overs (Hasan Arshad 57, Jaffar Qureshi 36, Ahmed Zeeshan Malik 30; Mukhtar Ahmed 2-22, Iftikhar Ali 2-25);

PAKISTAN CC 167-8 in 25 overs (Zahid Ghauri 43, Zameer Ahmed Khan 24, Tariq Haroon 22, Mansoor Baig 20; Hanif-ur-Rehman 3-25).
