Clarification

PESHAWAR, Nov 10: Pakistan Telecommunication Company has clarified a news item about failure of the ZTE system to run the Internet smoothly in Mingora.

In a press release issued here on Sunday, a PTCL spokesman said that such faults mostly related to the system of the Internet user and not to the PTCL system.

He asked the consumers to contact the divisional engineer or other PTCL staff, so that any fault related to the company could be removed
