The railways police registered a case and arrested the accused -- Kharian Station Manager Muhammad Zaman, goods booking clerk Muhammad Adnan Hussain, Saleem Akhtar, Abdullah and Fayyaz Baig. A serving major, also involved in the scam, is in the army custody.
