I wonder why many of the Rangers personnel are increasing the risk of getting wounded by not wearing a bullet proof jacket.

I suppose flak jacket costs more than the life of a ranger. Or this could simply be their belief which is also the belief of other security personnel that they are indestructible. Joke aside if you look they way the alleged perpetrators have been rounded up and packed on back of the truck and none of the soldier is wearing any seat belt whilst carrying a live weapon. In case of a sudden break or an impact the rangers may cause injuries not only to themselves but to alleged culprits on board. Nothing seems right in a society packed with rambunctious media, incompetent law makers, poor administrators and policy makers.
