RAWALPINDI, July 30: The owner of a pharmaceutical company was robbed of Rs500,000 by two armed dacoits in Sadiqabad on Saturday, the police said.

Hamaad-ur-Rehman, owner of a pharmaceutical company was about to enter his office after drawing Rs500,000 from a bank to pay the employees’ salaries when two unidentified motorbike rides intercepted him and held him at gunpoint.

They snatched the bag containing cash and escaped from the scene. — Staff Reporter
