MIRPURKHAS, Nov 2: Gen-eral manager, Pakistan Tele-communication Company, southern region-I, Muzaffar Ali Arain, has said that the PTCL has approved 1,800 telephones connections for Mirpurkhas city and added that 300 new cable lines — each for Islamkot, Nagar-parkar, Jhuddo, Kunri and Um-erkot — would be provided soon.
Talking to journalists here on Saturday, he advised the candidates to contact the PTCL information office for free registration for new connections.
He said that one window system would soon be launched to solve problems of the subscribers and directed the PTCL officers to make all out efforts to resolve problems of the subscribers.
Earlier, he held an open katchehry and heard problems of the subscribers.
Later, he visited the PTCL Customer Service Centre, where the people complained that power generator of the centre required repair.—Correspondent
