PESHAWAR, Nov 1: The General Officer Commanding, Maj Gen Muhammad Tahir, said that the changing environment in the region and the advancement in Information Technology demanded that the soldiers should continue to work hard to keep pace with the latest advancements.

He was addressing a parade of the recruits from Corps of Signals at the Signal Training Centre, Kohat. The GOC reviewed the parade and took the salute.

He said that the recruits were embarking on a highly specialised career in a challenging environment. He advised them to enhance their technical know-how to keep pace with the modern day advancements.—APP
