LAHORE, June 16: The anti-smuggling staff took into custody several smuggled laptops and electric shavers at the Pakistan International Cargo office.

In pursuance of information communicated by assistant collector Customs Tauqir Dar, the anti-smuggling staff took into custody 44 laptops of different brands and other items from PK-306 cargo flight arrived from Karachi.

No import documents could be produced at the time of interception. The approximate value of the impounded laptops and electric shavers is Rs2.79 million.
