ISLAMABAD, March 30: The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (Unesco) has approved two projects for developing capacity of Pakistani radio journalists and district correspondents, sources said here on Wednesday.
In this regard $52,800 have been approved by the Bureau of the International Programme for the Development of Communication (IPDC) for the two projects at its meeting at Unesco headquarters in Paris last week.
Sources further said that these projects will be implemented by the Unesco office in Pakistan in collaboration with media institutions concerned. — Our Reporter
