KARACHI: Education census begins

KARACHI, Nov 13: The 3-day Education Census began on Tuesday in Sindh.

On the first day of the census, forms distributed by the provincial education department among the concerned offices and educational institutions were collected at the offices of the district officers.

Provincial secretary education Nazar Hussain Mahar visited Jamshed Town and the Central District areas to inspect the census activity.

He directed district officers to visit different areas of the city and furnish detailed reports to him.

He also visited the office of the district officer private schools and inspected the census work.

He was accompanied by additional secretary education Anwar Ahmed Zai and other officers.
