ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry on Monday directed the government to submit a written point of view on the status of the PCO judges, DawnNews reported.

The apex court was hearing intra-court appeals filed by seven sitting judges and two retired judges on Monday.

During the hearing, Chief Justice Iftikhar remarked that the apex court's ruling on November 3 was the sole verdict in the country's history that did not validate illegal and unconstitutional orders.
