HUB, Oct 9: A tough contest is expected for the NA-270 Lasbela-Awaran seat between the PML(Q) and PPP.

The PML(Q) has fielded Pir Abdul Qadir, the son-in-law of former federal minister Jam Mohammed Yousuf, and the PPP has introduced Abdul Karim Lasi, the younger brother of ex-federal minister Ghulam Akbar Lasi, for the seat.

The aspirants of the BNP, BNM and MMA are not considered as the potential candidates.
