ISLAMABAD: Foreign Office spokesman Abdul Basit on Thursday said that India should resolve the Kashmir dispute in accordance with the United Nations' resolutions, DawnNews reported.

India should also stop using the terrorist attacks in Mumbai for propaganda purposes, Basit said.

Speaking to media representatives, Basit said India should stop using the Mumbai attacks as an excuse to delay dialogue with Pakistan.

He further said that India has a rigid stance on the issues of Kashmir and Siachen.

Basit reiterated that Pakistan was serious in the investigations of the attacks in Mumbai and hoped that the Indian government would allow Pakistan's judicial commission to visit India for the purpose.

He said Pakistan was concerned over the continued drone attacks and hoped that the United States would review its policy. — DawnNews
