
In the 25-metre centre fire pistol competition, Muhammad Boota and Muhammad Kabeer secured the top two positions with 15 and 10 points respectively, while Muhammad Tabassum of Pakistan Navy finished third with six points. The results helped Army secure the team gold, with Navy winning silver and Wapda bronze.
Pakistan Air Force missed out on a team gold medal in the 50-metre prone rifle event despite their shooter Mirdar Ali finishing first to win an individual gold medal with 15 points. Hamid Abbas of Army won the individual silver with 10 points and the bronze medal went to Ayaz Tahir of Navy, who scored six points.
In the overall team results, the gold medal went to Navy with a total of 51 points. Army won silver with 45 points and PAF won bronze with 30 points.
