KARACHI, Nov 5: St Paul's and Beacon House defeated their respective opponents in the sixth Siemens-PVCA Inter-school Twenty20 cricket tournament here at the UBL Sports Complex on Thursday.

St Paul's scored a 13-run win over Elegant Grammar. Batting St Paul's made 124-8 with Abdul Qadir scoring 28. Daniyal Rauf took 3-21.

In reply, Elegant Grammar were all out for 111 in 19 overs with Daniyal Asif making 26. Arifeen Ausaf claimed 2-16.

In the other game, Beacon House beat Qadri Model School by five wickets. Batting first, Qadri Model were bowled out for 115 in 19 overs. Bilal Aziz was their leading run-getter with 35. Hasan Khan bowled well to capture four wickets for 14 runs. Beacon House achieved their target of 166 in 18 overs for the loss of five wickets.—Sports Reporter
