Lakki Marwat council budget passed

LAKKI MARWAT, Nov 10: District Council Lakki Marwat approved and passed the tax-free budget of Rs527.612 million for the fiscal year 2001-2002 in a session with Naib Nazim Arifullah Khan Minal Khel Advocate in the chair.

District Nazim Humayun Saifullah Khan in the concluding session said that the active participation of the members enabled the government to make the budget more public-friendly. He invited constructive criticism and praised councillors’ ideas for the betterment of the area. — Correspondent
