BEIJING, Sept 15: Pakistan needs better infrastructure and logistic network in the major cities of China cities to cash on the business opportunities in the country’s financial hubs.

This was stated by a senior official of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Liu Qi, in an interview with the wire news agency on Sunday.

HE SAID: “We wish Pakistani entrepreneurs could come forward to capitalize the deep-rooted Sino-Pak friendship for socio- economic benefit.”

The Chinese senior official was of the view that Islamabad was losing the opportunities due to the absence of proper logistic network and should open consulates and liaison offices especially in the major cities like Shanghai and Guangzhou.

Liu said that Pakistani business community enjoys advantage over others in the region and therefore they could easily enter into joint ventures with their Chinese counterparts.—APP
