The report of the meeting in respect of the scheme would be submitted to the Lahore High Court on Oct 2.

If endorsed by a majority of the affectees at the Sept 15 meeting, it would pave way for the transfer of the ownership of the company to the creditors to enable them run its affairs themselves, to ensure payment of their shares under a phased programme, construction of a commercial plaza at the Shah Din building site to generate income for payments to the affectees.—APP
