KARACHI, Sept 12: The Sindh High Court ordered on Thursday to stop booking and allotment of flats and shops of Mid Town Project, on M. A. Jinnah Road.

The orders were issued on an application filed by the KBCA praying to order the PPB Corporation not to advertize shops and flats till the case was decided.

Justice Zia Pervaiz ordered that the PPB could not book, sell or involve any third party, and if they did so, the KBCA was competent to take action according to law. The hearing was adjourned till Sept 18. — PPI
