HYDERABAD, Nov 9: The acting chairman of Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz, Shafi Karnani, general secretary Shabbir Jamali and others have condemned the broad daylight murder of Imtiaz Panhwar in the office of the Union Council, Siyal, Dadu district, and the murder of a girl, Nirma Shaikh, at the hands of Larkana police.

In a joint statement issued here the other day, the JSQM leaders said that the police had been given a licence to commit murders of innocent people instead of protecting their lives and properties.

They said that Sindh had been converted into a police state.

The JSQM leaders demanded of the government to order the immediate arrest of the murderers of Imtiaz Panhwar and Nirma Shaikh.
