11 papers accepted

QUETTA, Sept 5: The Balochistan election tribunal has accepted nominations of 11 candidates while disposing of 31 applications filed by the against rejection and acceptance of nomination papers on Thursday.

So far 44 appeals have been filed with the tribunal.

The tribunal received 21 appeals on Thursday and 23 during the previous two days.

Friday is the last day for filing appeals.

The candidates whose nomination papers were accepted include, Mohammad Anwar Durrani of Jamhoori Watan Party for NA-260, Rehmatullah, an independent candidate, for NA-259, Mohammad Yousaf for NA-259, Sajid Tareen advocate of Balochistan National Party for NA-260.
